The mooring cable composed of aramid core and polyester sheath features low creep, aging resistance, and resistance to seawater corrosion, with a breaking elongation of less than 3.3%. In deep-sea resource development, aramid cables can withstand a short-term high-temperature environment of 400℃ and are suitable for extreme working conditions such as hydrothermal zones.

Modern aramid fibers are spun using dry-jet wet spinning technology. The spinning solution is precisely controlled to form monofilaments with a diameter of only 14 microns. Through breakthroughs in continuous heat treatment and other processes, the spinning speed and strength of domestic aramid fibers have been significantly enhanced. In terms of cable braiding technology, the 12-strand twisted braiding structure ensures uniform force distribution on the strands, while the 32-axis braided sheath endows the rope with a tight structure and clear texture. These technological innovations jointly ensure the reliability of aramid cables under extreme conditions.
